The Oxford Centre for Leadership
(OXCEL)
was established to provide opportunities for members to
develop and enhance their leadership skills.
Through
assessments, leadership coaching, experiential
opportunities, simulations and presentations by business
leaders, members build confidence, enhance their leadership
skills, and gain real-life experiences to apply responsible
leadership in all aspects of their lives.
Leadership is built on a unique relationship
between leader and follower. Leaders know themselves, their
people, and their profession.
Leadership is a challenging
and rewarding experience, and The Oxford Centre for
Leadership promises to help you reach your leadership
potential. The Leadership Centre can be the foundation for
developing your leaders.

Unlike other leadership programs,
the Leadership Centre is both a catalyst and a major
resource that will raise the level of leadership in your
